The hotel is close to the airport and has a 24/7 check-in. Rooms have cots and telephones. The bar staff, especially Tony, are super friendly. There’s a fitness center and sun loungers for relaxation. Easy walk to Waffle House and other restaurants nearby.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, free shuttle, clean and quiet, good restaurant options nearby.

The location is great, super close to the airport and easy to get to downtown.
The shower didn’t work, and I had to wash off in the sink. My key card didn’t work multiple times, which was a huge hassle.

the rooms were cozy, with comfy beds and a luxurious showerhead. the breakfast bar was amazing, offering authentic, delicious breakfasts. the staff was friendly, especially shout out to Mourissa at the front desk. the decor in the lobby was enjoyable, and the security measures, pool, and room size were all great features.

I chose Sonesta for its convenient location near Sumner Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the recommendations from the concierge staff. The on-site patio bar, Richard's on the Rocks, offered amazing specialty cocktails, liquors, and fine wines, satisfying my appetite for lunch or dinner at Benton's Grill.
No staff asked about parking, causing unexpected charges.
